These roles aren’t behind-the-scenes extras. They are the church in motion. They create space for people to belong, experience God’s love, and respond in meaningful ways.

Hospitality & Greeting

Be the first smile someone sees.

Welcome people at the door, help them find their way, and create an environment where no one feels like a stranger.

Ushers

Help create a smooth and meaningful worship experience.

Assist with seating, offering, and guiding people throughout the service with a calm and helpful presence.

Scripture Reading

Help bring the Word to life in worship.

Read scripture during the service and help set the tone for how we hear and receive God’s story together.

Communion Servers

Be the first smile someone sees.

Welcome people at the door, help them find their way, and create an environment where no one feels like a stranger.

Teardown Crew

Be part of the team that resets the space after worship.

From pulling in all of the parking lot signs, taking down the interior signage or packing equipment, this team helps us leave the space better than we found it.

Trailer Drivers

Help bring the Word to life in worship.

Read scripture during the service and help set the tone for how we hear and receive God’s story together.

Kids Ministry

Invest in the faith of the next generation.

Create a fun, safe, and engaging environment where kids can learn about God and know they belong.

Youth Ministry

Walk alongside students as they grow in faith and identity.

Build relationships, lead conversations, and show up consistently in their lives.

Mentor Collective

Be a steady, encouraging presence for a child or student.

Mentors show up in meaningful ways throughout the year, offering support, encouragement, and connection.

Small Group Leaders

Create space for real connection and growth.
Lead a group where people can ask questions, build relationships, and grow in their faith together.

Audio / Visual

Help create a smooth and engaging worship experience behind the scenes.

Run sound, operate cameras or help set up and tear down. Whether it’s mixing audio, hitting record, or rolling up a cable, this team plays a key role in helping people fully engage in worship.
