Christmas Eve: Our Give It All Away Offering Returns
As we enter the Advent season, we look forward to celebrating the birth of Jesus and the good news His arrival brings to our world. One of the most meaningful traditions we began last year was our Give It All Away offering—an opportunity to practice generosity in a way that directly blesses our neighbors.
On Christmas Eve 2023, every dollar given went straight to our mission partner, the Mission of Yahweh. Together, Mosaic gave more than $16,000, which helped renovate and refurnish their Mercy House campus, creating a welcoming and dignified home for women and children rebuilding their lives. Your generosity made that possible.
This year, we are expanding our impact by partnering with two mission partners who serve families right here in our community:
Cypress Assistance Ministries (CAM)
CAM’s food pantry is serving more families than ever before. Increased demand means they are running out of freezer capacity for the meat and produce they receive from partner stores and the Houston Food Bank. An industrial-sized freezer will allow them to store more food safely and serve more neighbors without turning anyone away.
We recently met with CAM’s Food Pantry Director, Henry Lombragna, who shared how quickly their numbers have grown—and how urgently additional freezer space is needed. Our Christmas Eve offering will help make that possible.
Cy-Hope
Cy-Hope provides family food bags for households facing food insecurity across Cy-Fair ISD. For $25, one family receives a complete food bag with essential items and pantry staples. This year, we’re setting a goal of funding 250 bags to support families during the holiday season and beyond.
Every Dollar Given Will Be Given Away
As always, 100% of the Christmas Eve offering will go directly to these two mission partners. None of it will remain at Mosaic. We give because God has given freely to us—and because hope becomes real when we share it.
We invite you to pray, prepare, and participate as we give generously this Christmas. Your gift will help families experience stability, nourishment, and hope at a time when it’s needed most.
Let’s be the church that shows up, serves boldly, and gives joyfully.
