Join Our Family Ministry Team
At Mosaic, we want every child and student to know they are loved by God, welcomed by the church, and surrounded by adults who care about them. Our Family Ministry Team helps create the spaces where that can happen, and we would love for you to be part of it.
You do not have to be a teacher, Bible expert, or professional snack architect. You simply need a willingness to show up, encourage others, and help kids and students experience God’s unconditional love.
There are several ways to serve, including:
Kids Small Group Leaders who help children explore faith, build friendships, and feel known.
Student Small Group Leaders who walk alongside middle and high school students as they ask questions and grow together.
Kids Check-In Volunteers who help families feel welcomed and make Sunday mornings run smoothly.
Snack Volunteers who provide a simple but important ingredient for gathering and connection.
Special Event Helpers who assist with seasonal celebrations, retreats, service projects, and other Family Ministry events.
Most volunteers serve once or twice a month, but there are also opportunities to help whenever your schedule allows. Whether you enjoy leading conversations, welcoming families, working behind the scenes, or jumping in for special events, there is a place for you on the team.
Serving in Family Ministry is about more than filling a volunteer role. It is an opportunity to help shape a church where kids and students can belong, experience God’s love, and respond to that love in their own lives.
