Fall Studies

Fall Studies @ Mosaic
This fall, Mosaic will offer several Bible studies and book studies designed to help us explore Scripture, ask thoughtful questions, build meaningful relationships, and practice our faith in everyday life.
Some details are still being finalized, but we wanted to give you an early look at what is coming. This page will be updated as dates, times, locations, registration links, and additional information become available.
Alpha

16 Weeks study beginning September 9
1:00 PM Wednesdays at the Church Office
Led by Rev. Whitney Peper
Alpha is a welcoming space to explore the basics of the Christian faith through conversation, teaching, and honest questions. Whether you are new to Christianity, returning to church, or simply interested in exploring faith more deeply, Alpha offers a place to learn and connect without pressure.
What Paul Really Said About Women

8 Week study beginning September 10
6:30 PM Thursdays at the Church Office
Led by Connye Roberson
This study will take a closer look at the Apostle Paul’s writings about women, examining their biblical, historical, and cultural context. Participants will explore frequently discussed passages and consider what Paul’s words meant to their original audiences and how they may shape our understanding of women, leadership, and ministry today.
How the Bible Actually Works

6 week study beginning September 1
6:30 PM Tuesdays at the Church Office
Led by Rev. Shuler Sitsch
The Bible is inspired, meaningful, and sometimes wonderfully complicated. In How the Bible Actually Works, Peter Enns invites readers to approach Scripture not simply as an instruction manual, but as a collection of ancient writings that helps form wisdom, faith, and a deeper relationship with God.
This study will create room for thoughtful questions, meaningful discussion, and a richer understanding of how we read and engage the Bible.
Men’s Ministry Book Study: Man Enough

5 week study beginning September 10
6:00 AM Thursdays at the Church Office
Led by Rev. Shuler Sitsch
What does it truly mean to be a man? In Man Enough, Nate Pyle challenges narrow cultural and religious expectations of masculinity and invites readers to look instead to the life and example of Jesus.
Through reading and conversation, this men’s study will explore identity, vulnerability, strength, relationships, and the freedom found when manhood is shaped by Christ rather than stereotypes or the pressure to prove ourselves. Participants will have an opportunity to wrestle with meaningful questions, encourage one another, and consider how following Jesus can reshape the way they understand themselves and their relationships.
Habits of the Household

6 week study beginning September 13
8:00 PM Sundays on Zoom
Facilitated by Joel & Lauren Eichler
Based on Justin Whitmel Earley’s book Habits of the Household: Practicing the Story of God in Everyday Family Rhythms, this study will help parents consider how ordinary moments can become meaningful practices of faith.
Together, participants will explore rhythms surrounding waking, meals, discipline, play, work, and bedtime. The goal is not to create a perfect household, but to discover practical ways our families can experience and respond to God’s love in the middle of everyday life.
Women’s Bible Study
A women’s Bible study is also being planned for the fall. The book, topic, leader, and schedule are currently a work in progress, and more information will be added as it becomes available.
More Information Coming Soon
